As I am thoroughly disgusted at the self serving, narcissistic procrastinations the BoD uses to enrich itself count me in if you ever go forwards in bringing legal action that has a fighting chance to claw back anything of the boni JT et.al. syphoned off.
I would not mind if they engaged in a conduct that accommodates share holder interests but they appear to run the company like a private fiefdom not unlike certain presidents run countries as if they would be kings
