a) Regional Fiscal - Public Ministry shall re hear the charges AS IS very fast now...
b) The appeal has been declared admissible on merits and shall be heard that it is not correct to let the criminal off the hook for contempt of Civil and Criminla Court, speacially if as a law professor he knew better.
c) 48 hours before the Fiscal jumped the boat onto illegal derilection of duities, the criminal had already received ADMISSIBLE CRIMINAL CHARGES by the Judicial Power of Chile. For falsification of a private Instrumentand malicious use of it in Canada.
