you think the judge has signed off on all of the other preliminary plans and the shareholder vote is in to accept the plan and auctus has put their money on the line and there are no objections to the plan except one minor bitter debtor, and you think the judge isn't going to approve it? none of the other creditors are objecting to the plan. why would a judge not approve the plan? the debt will be eliminated and all the creditors compensated with terms that they are accepting. you can't be serious. the judge has no reason not to accept the plan if the creditors are good.
