Lets not sugarcoat this... most people are concerned with the possibility of the deal falling through and losing all of their money. Or for some reason the court date gets postponed for whatever legal reason, etc. These are legitimate concerns and obviously why people get freaked out and sell, and understandably so. This is a calculated gamble, not for those with weak stomachs.
