The company has still not announced data lock despite telling us almost two weeks ago that all the data has been collected and is in hand. Now it looks like we won't have such an announcement until after Labor Day, which is when they told us we would have TLD. With the company's track record and the fact that it is run by lying lawyers,

Total FUD.

Please review the history of the release of Oracle 6 by the, even then, mighty Oracle Corp. It was, by most accounting, over two years late after repeated announcements of a release date by a company that was a leading provider of database products.

And the initial release that was put out was just the database engine - the developer tools, needed to work with the database were released several months later, effectively another delay. Wow, what a clever sleight of hand (aka deception) to say we released the new version. And this was with a known technology by a well funded corporation.

With DCVAX-L you are talking about a new technology and a new paradigm in GBM treatment involving multiple known and unknown unknowns that have needed to be addressed. Plus, with a clinical trial, one by a small biotech that has been hounded and incessantly bashed for any missteps, they do not have the luxury of pulling what I would call an Oracle 6.0 release - it is the whole shebang or nothing.
