This go 'round, Dahl is on the proxy as a director. Don't think I ever saw why Rice was taken off the BoD as Chair (shouldn't have been in the first place) .... and don't recall any external notice of John Payne taking over as Chairman other than seeing it in the proxy.

I don't know how any investors could vote for anyone outside of Maggiore on this BoD. Maybe I am completely missing the boat but its past time. Human GRAS was done almost 2 years ago. Have a novel NSP complex identified. There isn't an excuse any longer.

Dahl obviously has not been able to raise money or sell the idea to anyone. Can't say I like the pre revenue funding they've now started to sign but don't know if that means ZIVO thinks they are about to ink licensing deals or not. I would think so .... but nothing this company does makes much sense. As I noted yesterday, other algae companies are already doing and done what Dahl puts forth ..... they have their own staffs and facilities and have gotten millions in funding and gotten chit done. Been waiting on Dahl talking about selling dried biomass as a dye like everyone else. But all we get from Dahl ..... excuses.

Yes Covid is a problem for 2020 and potentially beyond. I will grant that .... but I also think Covid could have been an opportunity. Were I CEO, at the minimum I would have had it evaluated as a potential option for Covid (find a way) and determined whether it had any potential to help .... AND I WOULD TELL MY SHAREHOLDERS ABOUT IT GOOD OR BAD (transparency). THERE WERE AND ARE SCIENTISTS WORKING THE PROBLEM ALL OVER THE WORLD IN SPITE OF THE SHUTDOWN. ZIVO would have YEARS of test data showing its effect on cytokines. You hear about "cytokine storms" in Covid patients. Already known to enhance immune response.

Hell I happened to own a few shares of a OTC company that makes diving equipment .... NOT A DAMN THING TO DO WITH MEDICAL ANYTHING ..... they have a portable tankless diving system that pumps air to a diver ... earlier this year they jumped in and converted their portable breathing apparatus into a cheap and simple ventilator.

Of course there are stories all over the place like this of companies finding a way. ZIVO HAS A PRODUCT KNOWN TO ENHANCE THE IMMUNE SYSTEM AND REGULATE CYTOKINES. So I ask ...... what did/has ZIVO done on this front ?

Bottomline for me. No confidence in Dahl and Rice. I was very skeptical they would be right for anything beyond the turnaround of the company. Their contracts are ridiculous for the work performed. Last year's massive awards .... I don't get it. They can't raise the money and get things done in a timely manner. To say the doors are still open is nice but at the expense of shareholders and the capital structure ... not to mention time has a cost as well .... while others innovate and move ahead ... ZIVO stands still .....

Dahl .... PRODUCER or PARASITE ?? .... longtimers may know this reference.
