You are correct. I think I fail to realize that as well. This is my first Reverse Merger, so I am unsure of the process. However, what you've outlined sounds accurate.

Going from private to public is huge. I can tell from their website, they like to follow a very strict path. (Judging from their Q1-Q4 milestones). There was a photo that I had seen back from the first week of August that already showed AMECA had corporate funding, but I know the floodgates will open once current. IMO
