What a lot need to realize is how important the reverse merger is and needs to get through to move forward. Ameca has been working on this the past few years, they get themselves public and listed it isn't like they now need to start the process they have been building the process. Why so many think this is huge and you can see major gains and gap ups when the value and plan they have is revealed. I believe this is why they are doing so much by the book and taking their time because they do not want to slow the process from a screw up of going private to public. Them being public will open them to much more financing and bigger markets to sell to with exposure
