Somehow I expected more from the judicial system. Although I knew the oral argument rules, it seems ludicrous to put a 15 minute limit noon a complex case with billions on the line. Having insufficient time to present all pertinent information, followed by a paltry couple of questions from judges who may or may not be fully briefed on the scientific and legal details and issues of the case seems to be an inadequate process for determining justice and the fate of a drug that will save thousands of lives.
