I am not a stock hyper, and you can check all my I-hub posts, but I really think from everything stated in court, IVDN will win this case. The FTC could not prove with any outside testing that we don't have the "R" levels stated. Hopefully the Judge makes the final decision soon. Once if/we win, I expect that the Lowes and Home Depots and all the other previous customers will instantly want to buy the best products available on the market--OURS.

So not to be a hyper, but this stock price is darn low and this could be a real steal. It's not like we are waiting to prove a new drug or any other kind of disruptive technology, we already have. It just looks like the category Goliath is trying to kill David and wait him out with lawyer fees and hope he goes out of business. The real question is why wouldn't a DuPont with their Billions of sales in this category just try to buy this Golden Goose house wrap for say $10.00 a share. With their marketing budget they could advertise how this has an R factor of 6, by far many many times the cost savings as anything on the market.

Hopefully when if/we win, we get enough financing to do commercials, showing side by side R6 vs. R0. What home buyer, Govt. builder, Hotels, Universities etc. around the world, would not demand that the builders use the most energy efficient products to save them tons of money over time? It's a No Brainer. What am I missing?
