Aug. 21,2020: LRDG SEC Suspension "because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace relating to LRDG common stock. The questions relate to statements LRDG made about oral and nasal sanitizers that the company claims protect against the virus that causes COVID-19, which LRDG made in press releases and Commission filings between June 2 and August 18, 2020."
