I hope everyone reads the twitter thread of Dan Ravicher. He's a IP attorney & has defended cases against these judges. Sorry about this but he basically says AMRN is toast.

"My final conclusion, no way Amarin $AMRN wins reversal of district court decision invalidating Vascepa patents. They're done. Maybe a rehearing en banc petition and/or Supreme Court petition, but those will be futile."
