Again, you seem certain for no known reason

1. The PR suggests they believe they will be successful in obtaining bank and Chinese investor funding this month. At least they show intent to move away from convertible debt. The original bank lending facility could kick in soon after i.e. the 14m USD loan facility to accelerate receivables.

2. Chinese economy is recovering. Agriculture (fertilizer) sector is relatively strong. Q3 should show the strongest revenues due to seasonality.
