If Trump loses the second term, THEN no second term for MC! So he will speed up his actions after election. We will have a clear idea then.

BUT government has 79.9% warrants for commons, MC will do something that taxpayers win. Commons at the end of all these will win and outperform jr perferreds.
That’s the reason I bet on commons.
