In general, we can look back at the traded volume. The high volume from june corresponded with the increase in OS. It is likely that ended the 2019 notes. After nearly a month (not just days), we have not seen OS increase at a level to cover 2020 notes. This suggests the company plan (announced in april) to pay these 2020 notes in cash worked.

Of course, wait to be sure with release of filings in due course. It will be important to confirm the notes are eliminated to realize fair value of the stock.
