Additionally, the company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Gowan property covering an area of 256 hectares located in the Kidd Creek Mine, Timmins. The company was formerly known as Coleraine Mining Resources, Inc. and changed its name to Amex Exploration Inc. in September 2001. Amex Exploration Inc. is based in Montreal, Canada.
