FYI for anybody that just reads message boards rather than the actual 8K.

The company is NOT "dumping 5 BILLION" SHARES as you are being lead to believe. The 8K states that they are selling $5 billion. Yes, DOLLARS, not shares. It says at market so do the math. At $477/share the number of diluted shares is a whopping 10,482,180. OMG! The world is ending! LOL
