If the company is going to issue shares (to correct the (shamefully and no longer allowable') KKR forced dilution) ... the shares will be issued to you via "Computershare" ...

... If "Cash" is earmarked to be returned, your DTC issued ESC Cusips will be used as the counting mechanism assigned to your original released ownership of the reorganized WMI, ... now WMIH-Corp ...

A "COOP" dividend or coupon announcement, would include ALL current "COOP" shareholders of record ...
