Really people. Whenever you read a PR from this company you had better retain a lawyer for understanding the language and its meaning. Corning owned the right to jointly market the product and supply components to Flaskworks. Corning did not own this company outright. Obviously, Corning did not think beating NW's offer was worth the money. Who knows, we may ultimately find that Corning will still market the product under their name. I am tired. Your next step should be to find out who owns(ed) the patents for the product. Flaskworks or Corning? That is all that matters. Interesting the PR did not mention the intellectual property.
