For goodness sakes, people, K'Air has been in existence longer than most of us have owned VLDI stock. Look at their charter date - 2013.

Bruce Benn simply has a history of incorporating for specific purposes.

If he is trying to abandon VLDI and move to K'Air, he sure is doing it the slow way. So far it has taken him over seven years. He is even slower at that than he is at putting out VLDI news.
