It clearly states: gcgx does not have a license to operate in the cannabis sector in California or any other state. Gcgx will handle payroll for non-cannabis employees (One... Dwyer himself is the only employee). Gcgx cannot manufacture, handle, sell, distribute or receive any revenues from cannabis products.

Tom Roland owns the private company that has a license and as the last report showed, gcgx's part of the $175k a day for 3 months was a whopping $30k, a little pitty money from Tommy boy... this won't even pay Dwyers $15k a month salary. Tom Roland doesn't give a shit about gcgx investors, he never promised them anything!
