OTC marketplace trades just fine and many other companies have opted this route voluntarily. Yes it's not as prestigious as the NASDAQ but ZN can always reapply should they desire later. Remember for the first time Zion owns their own rig and is one of the only drilling operators in Israel -they have a bright future with cash flow options (they will likely purchase other smaller rigs as well and could easily become a drilling operator for hire for other contractors as well as their own lease). ZN market cap worth around 30-40 million right now (as a rig operation alone!) - and they are about to announce drilling operations shortly on their own lease). ZN is actually a great value stock at 20 cents!
