It is my understanding that the new company Bruce Benn claims has discovered a way to generate electricity from the ambient air, apparently based on Nikola Tesla's theories, is not a subsidiary of VLDI. Therefore, IMHO, it is highly unlikely that it will ever be mentioned in any VLDI SEC report, and therefore it is probably not the reason VLDI has not filed its reports. The company or its product may be called CARE or more likely KAIR (for Kinetic-Air). It is believed that it will be a PRIVATE corporation.

However, there certainly is a possibility that Bruce Benn has devoted time to the new company that he could have and should have been devoting to the monetization of ValidianProtect. We will never know for sure.

Apparently, anything is possible with Bruce Benn except transparency.
