Spot on. The AS increase on PASO is normal in these cases and is the strongest signal that the deal is done.

If the previous AS of 700M was maxed out, how do people expect that the JV partners would get control over PASO?

If someone already owns the entire AS, they need new shares to take control of the public company.

Obviously they need to get a lot of shares, each one get its percentage of the JV. People needs to think that CLX will be a JV of 3 or 4 partners. They need shares to take control of the company.


Even if some guys here don't understand this, this is great news.
