It’s funny how people don’t realize that this is the sign that many of us have been waiting for. Any merger deal that anybody’s been involved with that knows how these work. The authorized get raised for a control block to the new entity merging in. This deal is way bigger than we imagined clearly by the raise. I’ve read a lot of uninformed posts, but I can certainly share a ton of stocks that I have been in reverse mergers with and every single time the authorized shares get raised so the new company can get a control block of shares when they come in. This is awesome news!
