So I have been blindingly stupid. This is nonparametric biologic plaque data which is not normally distributed. To apply parametric statistical testing on it, we have to use the log transformation to obtain normal distribution.One cannot then simply add the dat as it is. One would have to back convert by raisingto the power 10 and then add.Enjoy the math.
