Can one of you old pros clear this up for me.

How would harassing a company get your investment pulled? If I called CLX 20 times and emailed 30 times, could the SEC come after me and 'confiscate' shares? What are the laws surrounding this? Is there a article/blog you could recommend?

Haven't done this and never would (it's childish and cowardly) and but I'm curious about the laws around it.
