Hi gang I'm having second thoughts about Judge Du's opinion. Just a feeling, not really supported by any analysis or references to controlling authority. But, I've seen some old-timers expressing negative views of JT. And what they lack in relevant evidence, plausible alternatives, or coherence with their purported long position, they make up for it by feeling really hard about it. And by the reassurance that comes with being a familiar face and expressing the same views I have about unrelated topics.

So yeah, I dunno.
