Yep, and I own a bunch of them. After going out there Friday, I am not impressed. It makes absolutely no sense to have that facility there. The facilities are located about mid way between IH 35 and state hiway 90, and out in the boonies. There is practically nothing in a nearby puddle in the road, LaCoste. I visited with the folks at the cafe there and some have never heard about it. One lady said an article in the Devine news says that the city of LaCoste gets zero taxes from them, so don’t expect much. lol. Whatever that means. I did look up the article. Here it is
