Theres' no chance. A IND would need to be submitted first and once it's submitted it would take 30 days before the company is allowed to commence with a trial. Best a case scenario for a trial sometime in October; worse case scenario for a trial sometime in December. Of course this is also assuming Leo is able to stick to the Quarter 4 timeline.
