Allowed those scumbags $105m in bonuses right before the fraud CH 11 filing (dwarfing JCPs $10m for the cow and crones), filled in the blanks for MDR/debtor counsel during the joke of a confirmation hearing on March 12 (downright unethical for any federal judge IMO appearing as an advocate for 1 side or the other), overruled with arrogance a RARE STRONG SEC objection from Sonia Chae on behalf of MDR shareholders (feel free to appeal he said), and if all that aint enough, slammed the gavel knowing he condoned all that criminal behavior IMO.
