Its the Dr. Lee letter that pops up on Saeanmotors website. The letter has been on their homepage for a few weeks now. For some reason my translator tool no longer works on that particular letter. I'll try to post a screenshot I had in the ibox.

They do not specifically mention EMPM. I don't think they can even say right now who the candidate is. They will probably release the name of the merger candidate via an 8k.

Its possible they are merging into a public entity other than EMPM. I believe (not know) its EMPM, buy that's just my opinion, and I could be wrong.
