The plan says, in black and white, 100 shares per dollar. Changing the plan would require them to start over.

5 cents would put this company at an $80M market cap, something it has never seen and over 5X's the debt it had when it entered bankruptcy.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
