But they may NOT have to do that, as the price per share can be increased (thus, fewer shares issued) based on a higher price at court date. If the .01 is actually .05 (a distinct possibility), for example, there would only be 1/5 the shares issued, meaning 300M instead of 1.5B, and THAT number is within their authorized. (numbers are rounded).
