Great news this morning, however I don’t think this changes anything for the US market. The genetics already have the ANDA and my guess are a
building a supply (all be a small inventory) for launch if they win the appeal.

If Amarin loses the appeal they will follow suit with their our generic and keep a tight grip on the overall supply chain to control the damage.

Bio Bill is right about the EU markets. At some point the analysis need to properly value the opportunity. It’s insanity
