jasbg, Would I consider JT a hero for not selling at $20-$25 "if"
he brings in a higher offer? I guess that would depend on when and
at what price he sells AMRN for (if at all.) I suspect (though I
certainly do not know) if he ever received a viable takeover offer.
Assuming he passed up a chance to sell at, say $23 I don't know.
If he passed up an offer at $33 I'd say he should have taken that
offer. Regardless, right now I'd be happy with a reasonable BO,
whatever that may be. I'd be thrilled if JT were to sell AMRN
this year or next for $28 or more. (An all time high would be best.)

What I do not like about JT is that after having sold as many shares
as he has, he has not stepped up to use some of those proceeds to
buy some shares on the open market. He is the CEO and should show
his faith in the company, and his own abilities by buying a few
shares from time to time. The same goes for much of those in key
positions. JT is certainly not the right executive to GIA. (In my
opinion.) I do hope he does sell the company and I'm sure he will
make out quite well if he does.
