What 'auditor' is he even referring to? YIPI hasn't had audited financials for many, many years - well, NEVER actually since it went DARK in 2010 and became a Form 15 non-registrant. It's nott even an SEC registrant anymore since 2010.

Go and try to find the last audited financials this tawdry pennyscam ever published. Look for any auditor attestation letters or any finanicals that state "(audited)" above the financial statement and balance sheet.

Here's a hint: you won't find ANY! YIPI doesn't have audited financials. You'd think the 'CEO' would know that. Butt TinyLittleFemtoRichard clownshow 'CEO' apparently doesn't. Or he's simply lying. Or both.
