Louieforpar...I don't know about all that, but I haven't been satisfied with some of the actions Troy has taken with SNMN in the past.

And now, this deal with Bullitt point seems a little fishy but will need to learn more about it before making a haste judgment about it.

The below is from the quarterly report which states Troy owns 80% of Bullitt point and SNMN has an LOI with them to fund $5m for a joint venture. This would basically be giving Troy an immediate value for his share in the asset??? So......just want to keep an eye on it....

Conflicts of Interest
Our Chief Executive Officer has potential conflicts of interest because of his interests in entities with which we have license agreements. Our Chief Executive Officer owns 100% of our Preferred Shares and is also a Managing Member and 80% owner of Bullitt Point. We and Bullitt Point have completed a May 1, 2019 Letter of Intent to establish a joint venture project whereby in return for funding of $5,000,000 to the joint venture, we will hold 50% interest in all of Bullitt Point's entertainment properties.
