Does anyone believe the standard of care improvement might have any impact on us achieving statistical significance in the CD12 trial?

I know the standard of care was worse with probably the first 80 patients enrolled..but..I am concerned that the recent improvement in the standard of care for the more recent enrollees might adversely impact the p value we are trying to achieve for the primary endpoint.

Thoughts?
