Depending upon the disposition, a whole lot of things may change. While most of us think Singer will bring home the appeal victory of Amarin, nobody can forecast with certainty exactly what will happen. So 14 days after disposition, the change will be the actual disposition. The most probable result as discussed earlier, is that the second case will be bound by the ruling on the main case, as set forth in the Consent Order.
