How can you spot dilution ? The company never makes a statement and stays silent when their stock drops 50% in two days.

And if OTC updates the SS every day why is the float stating

Float 4,040,310 since 09/26/2018

And a Letter of Intent means nothing, the company in question can refuse the merger or buyout,..simple, they might as well issue that letter of Intent to buy Amazon.
