Ya, I mentioned this lawsuit in post #853. I asked you this because, judging by the timeline of 16170316, I am wondering why 16171109 and 16171107 have not filed amended claims. Is it possible they have, and the examiner will back date claims once he/she reviews them?

Also, am I correct in concluding that the remaining shares of the SAL acquisition, that were to be paid out to members of SAL, (Burba, Borgese, and Privitera) will need the patents to be filled first?
