NEW UPDATE FROM GEO....AUG 26th.....This is the perfect time to address the status of our corporate filings, particularly those pertaining to OTC Markets lifting their Stop Sign on our ticker. That was easily the most asked question in my inbox last week and I am happy to report that I have some very positive breaking news I can share on this subject.

The Florida Secretary of State finally posted our name change back to Union Dental Holdings, Inc. This allowed us to file our financials with OTC Markets this morning (all zeros due to the 727 filing), something we could not do until the SOS of Florida recognized Union Dental Holdings, Inc as the rightful name of the Company and not Olivet. This is a long-awaited major step forward for the new UDHI and I will continue to provide updates on this important matter as they happen.
