I am certainly not proposing this, but there could be substantial demand using this tech for rather nefarious administering of shall we say, drugs of a less therapeutic and more recreational use.

All recreational drugs take effect only once they reach the brain and this tech would allow all drugs to be received almost instantly to the pleasure center of the brain.

It could also be used to better target the area of the brain that gives us an advantage in alertness through hightened stimulus. Think products on the market currently calling themselves "brain food." Everyone wants an advantage it seems.
