Look it's not complicated. CEO explained via c.c.: oxiThymol is an original formula (proprietary liquid blend that delivers a fresh scented aroma to surfaces that are treated w Oxi-Thyme tm). RBII owns the intellectual property to OxiThymol which is an ingenious (and clearly very popular profitable and not to mention useful/necessary for businesses to open) blended formula that is also a surfactant [/u disinfects surfaces and is scented w the aroma of thyme which is an aromatic herb. The 'our EPA approved disinfectant can be used w a hplv fogger system' aspect of the PRs that is under scrutiny by the SEC is subject to fraud in the opinion of the SEC because I guess they are accusing RBII of claiming that OxyBlast is their product. But what RBII can argue now is that they never claimed that they Owned intellectual property rights to OxyBlast it's just an EPA approved hydrogen peroxide branded disinfectant they've been using for years to concoct their own formula/product which is Oxi-Thyme tm.
