I know it is difficult under the pressure of deposition to say all the right things at the right moment, as an expert witness. A lot depends on counsels guidance. But on teh flip side, Heineke got away with too much. I bristle when I think of the half lies and scientific untruths he peddled and managed to get Du to buy into. The Mori analysis example exposed by Bhat albeit ex post facto, is just one example.
