Invest you are right to emphasize this:

It would seem a dereliction of duty for the EMA not to approve Vascepa for use in Europe at this time, unless BP has decided to muck up the process as they have apparently done in other regulatory proceedings regarding Vascepa.
I will be very disappointed if this process unnecessarily drags on into next year. The EMA will be doing European heart patients a major disservice by dragging this process out beyond Sept. 17. As BB might say "lives will be lost."

With the level of trial and other scientific evidence of overwhelming benefit; and with the beneift:risk ratio so hugely in the benefit direction, and considering the multiple leading CV and endocrine society guideline recommendations to use Vascepa...NOT to get the drug to European populations ASAP is in my opinion, morally reprehensible procrastination, that we all should condemn....After all, if you had a cancer drug that saves 1 life in 4 treated we all be jumping up and down that it should reach patients hands as soon as possible.
