So there are three choices:

1) The news is no biggie because the ingredient is used in other products and has no IP protection.

2) There is other IP involved in the news and DFCO has no access.

3) DFCO is using a third party product with no IP so has no competitive advantage.

I may have missed a scenario or two, but the PR for another company does not mean that DFCO will profit.
