Yazbeck alone sued Jessica Peatross, claiming she stiffed him out of a share of her business.

Eight days later, Yazbeck signed control of MYDX over to Erai Beckmann's bunch.

Peatross countersued Yazbeck and MYDX, alleging, among other things, Yazbeck spent funds from Peatross' company for things other than her business.

The bottom line is how the three attorneys Yazbeck and MYDX have hired are not going to be cheap.
