Maybe, and I mean maybe, you guys convert after relist, but certainly not while on OTC.

So now Conversion is a possibility, just not while we're on the OTC? Did Bove change tunes or is this your assessment?

It's long been my assumption the Conversion will occur at the time of re-IPO. It will either be Full Par at re-IPO price or it will be a lesser value of Par at a substantial discount to the re-IPO price.

Either way, it's coming amigos!!
